This project involved transforming a sloped Franklin Lakes property into a fully integrated outdoor environment centered around a custom concrete pool. The design balances structure and landscape, incorporating a sun shelf, architectural retaining walls, and a covered outdoor kitchen for seamless entertaining. Careful grading, drainage, and zoning coordination ensured both functionality and long-term performance. The result is a cohesive backyard retreat designed for large gatherings while maintaining a refined, private feel.
