Executed alongside new home construction, this project required tight coordination with the builder to ensure architecture and landscape evolved together — eliminating the disconnect common when outdoor work follows completion. The design features a custom double-wall infinity-edge Gunite pool, fully tiled spa, open entertaining terrace, and a softened perimeter of privacy plantings. Because it was conceived as part of the build — not added afterward — the outdoor environment feels fully integrated with the residence.
